6 For a creamy and fragrant cappuccino, it is
important to have the right temperature and
amount of air in the cappuccino maker.
Too much air will affect the result in the cup
with an inconstant flow of milk. When the
temperature is too high and large bubbles
appear, this means the air flow needs reduc-
ing.
A closed setting for the air will mean no
cream and low temperature in this case,
open the adjustment screw, until you get a
steady and creamy flow. When adjusting,
pay attention to changes in the sound of the
cappuccino maker.
