2.1.3 WATER SUPPLY AND DRAIN-
AGE
WARNING
The water hardness must be less then 4° - 6°
fr (french degree). The chlorine content must
not exceed 100mg per litre (0.00000361lb/cu
in). Otherwise the conditions of guarantee of
the machine will expire.
The machine must be installed accord-
ing to the local standards in force
with regard to plumbing systems. For
this reason, the plumbing connections
must be carried out by a qualified
technician.
The device needs to be supplied with
water that is suitable for human con-
sumption and compliant with the reg-
ulations in force in the place of instal-
lation. The installation engineer needs
confirmation from the owner/manager
of the system that the water complies
with the requirements and standards
stated above.
The machine has a ready-connected 3/4 water
supply pipe.
During initial installation, the service engineer
needs to:
1-2 Fit a filter to the end of the pipe and connect
this to the water mains.
3 Make sure that the inlet pressure is <4 bar
and if this is not the case, fit a suitable pres-
sure reducer.
The drainage tray is delivered by the factory for
manual discharge.
There is an option for a drainage pipe that can be
clamped to the drainage collector.
During initial installation it’s necessary to:
1 Fill with silicon glue the lateral holes of the
drainage collector or bypassing the holes
with a pipe.
