GROUP UNIT (MANDATORY)

 Remove and clean the group unit
 Remove the motor 3.2
 Remove the upper and lower piston and lower springs

 Disassemble the upper and lower piston showers and gasket

 Remove the movement screw then disassemble the bearings, the support
and the bushing

 Remove the two guides 3.5
 Remove the group chamber, the heating element and temperature probe 3.3 - 3.5
 Remove the scoop cam, scoop cam shaft and spring 3.6
 Disassemble the teflon plate and plastic movement screw nut
 Remove the scoop cam driver 3.6
 Clean everything
 Rebuild brew unit including replacement of
 Upper and lower piston gasket 02290021, 02290019

 Clean the movement guides 07300566 4.1.3
 Lubricate the movement screw bearings 08000071 with Nuova Simonelli silicon
grease

 Lubricate with Teflon spray the bushes and the movement screw near the plastic
nut and clean with a dry cloth
