With the following naming rules setting,
File naming rule 1: Host name
File naming rule 2: User name
File naming rule 3: File name
File naming rule 4: Date and time created
if print data is created under the le name sample.tif on December 23, 2010, at
12:34:56 p.m. by a user logged into a computer named HOST, a TIFF le with the
following name is created in the PDtF box.
HOST_user_sample_20101223123456_1.tif

Page number

The page number is added at the end of the le name. When a le contains several
drawings, the page number appears as _1, _2, _3, etc.

File Save Destination
Specify the save destination of TIFF and PDF les created by PDtF.

PDtF Box Save to the PDtF box in the hard disk drive of the printer.
Files stored in the PDtF box can be accessed using the
WEB functions or TerioStation (exclusive application).
Image submission destination Save to a shared folder of a computer preset as a
submission destination.

When the le save destination is set to Image Submission Destination, specify
the shared folder by the submission destination number.
