When the Error Screen Appears
When an error lamp lights up, press the mode button with its green LED lighted,
and check the error message displayed on the screen.
Paper is jammed. (

Error code
Restart the Printer.
If the screen still displays the error code,
write down the error code and contact your
dealer or nearest service representative.
If you cannot turn o the Printer even
by pressing the POWER button on the
operation panel, turn o the main power
switch.

Paper Jam
When a paper jam occurs, the error lamp lights up and the paper jam error is
displayed on the touchpanel. The touchpanel also shows the paper jam location.
Remove the paper jam by following the procedures described next.
The method for removing the paper jam can also be viewed in the Help of the
error screen.
