Using Paper from a New Size Standard
This Printer supports the paper of the following size standards.
A series
ARCH series
ANSI series
30×42 series
MAP series
DIN series
User Dened series
The Printer's factory default setting is A series.
Check the size standard currently specified on your Printer in Available Size
Standards (
&
page 98). (The size standard set to On is activated.)
This section describes the procedure to add a new size standard. The following is
described taking ANSI series as an example, and the same procedure is applied
to the other size standards. For user dened series, see Using Paper from a User
Dened Series (
&
page 78).
(1) Set the available size standards
In Available Size Standards (
&
page 98), set ANSI series to On.
Note

It is not possible to set all the size standards to O.

When the Available Size Standards setting is changed, the Printer restarts.
(2) Set the paper size standards
The rolls available in the ANSI series are 34 inches, 22 inches, 17 inches, and 11
inches. Set the roll you will actually use to On in Paper Size Standards (
&
page
99). You are recommended to set all unrequired roll widths to O.
Note

It is not possible to set all the paper size standards in the same size standard
to O

When the Paper Size Standards setting is changed, the Printer restarts.
