8.2.4 Cleaning the Exhaust System
Exhaust Pipe & Fan
Cleaning Frequency: Weekly*
*The rate of dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and pipe will vary depending on the materials
processed and the working environment’s air quality.
Tools Needed:
Dust brush
Mild cleaner
Vacuum
Soft cloth
Water
Caulk
Step 1. Check the intake filter for the air assist
at least once a week, cleaning it as
needed.

for the water chiller and the bottom
right access door. Use a small brush,
vacuum, or compressed air to gently
clear any visible dust.
