Tool Description Function
“Oracle Hardware
Management
Pack” on page 17
Provides commands and agents that operate
at the operating system level, and can be used
across multiple systems.
Is included as part of the Oracle Solaris OS
starting with Oracle Solaris 11.2, or available
as a standalone product for other supported
operating systems. Refer to the support matrix

Monitor hardware through the host
operating system, either remotely
using SNMP or locally using
command-line interface tools.
