1. Park the vehicle on a level surface.
2. Remove the oil filler cap.

Be careful not to burn yourself with hot
engine oil or hot engine components.

3. Place a container under the drain plug
for draining engine oil.
4. Remove the drain plug and gasket with
a wrench, and allow the oil to drain
completely.
Wear protective glasses, if necessary.
