The bottom portion of the report lists specific information about each instance the specified
PROCLEIX TIGRIS Control was used:
♦ Worklist ID
♦ Run Start Date/Time
♦ Reagent Master Lot
♦ Test Number
♦ Analyte RLU
♦ Analyte S/CO
♦ Interpretation
♦ Flags associated with the test result
The bottom portion of the report shows a flag legend and test rejection legend which lists the
flags and rejection reasons associated with each worklist that has been run in the specified date
range.

Sample Results Report
The Sample Results Report lists a testing history on the instrument for a specific sample.
