Results Processing Errors
TLH A Left Heater temperature was out of
range.
This is a non-fatal error. All samples in
the affected MTU are marked invalid.
TRH A Right Heater temperature was out of
range.
This is a non-fatal error. All samples in
the affected MTU are marked invalid.
TS The ambient temperature in the Sample
Carousel area was out of range.
Sample pipetting pauses, but assay
processing continues. No MTUs are
marked Invalid. Sample pipetting
continues when the gauge returns to the
ambient temperature.
The affected samples are marked Invalid.
URM MTU barcode error. This is a non-fatal error. All samples in
the affected MTU are marked Invalid.
This error does not count towards the
10% invalid criterion.
VVFS The volume of the wTCR/Sample in the
MTU tube was higher or lower than
expected.
This is a non-fatal error. The affected
samples are marked Invalid.
VVFT The volume of the wTCR in the MTU tube
was higher or lower than expected.
This is a non-fatal error. The affected
samples are marked Invalid.
