11.7.3 Post-rinsing
1. After the counter has stopped, remove the portalter from the brew
group and rinse out with fresh water.
2. Insert the portalter in the brew group.
3. Briey press one of the pull buttons to start the pulling process.
4. Wait until the pressure has built up and 9bar is displayed on the pump
pressure gauge.
5. Press the ashing pull button again.
¾ Pressure is released and residual water drained via the residual water
outlet.
6. Repeat steps 4 to 6 until clear water comes out into the drip tray.
9 The brew group is now ready to use.
