Basic settings - Device Setup
Before carrying out measurements with VIBXPERT, the basic settings
in the 'Device Setup' should be checked and changed if necessary.
• Switch on VIBXPERT.
• Click on 'Device Setup' in the start screen. The 'Device Setup'
screen appears.
Date & Time
The time and date are saved together with the measurement result.
To change the settings:
• Click on 'Date & Time'.
• Click in the 'Time' window and select the numerals for the hours,
minutes or seconds.
• To change the numeric value, move the joystick up or down -
without clicking!
• When finished click the joystick to leave the 'Time' window.
• Select the 'Time format':
HH:mm:ss = 24 h / hh:mm:ssAP = 12 h
• The date is set in the same way. Select the appropriate 'Date
format'.
Other parameters
Time zone: Time shift to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)
Daylight saving: Yes = + 1h
• To accept the changes, press MENU and click on 'OK'.
