2.12. Intelligent Battery Backup Unit
A single iBBU provides backup functionality for a single module. To provide backup functionality for all four modules, each module
must have an iBBU installed.
Installing an iBBU
Prerequisite:
Prerequisite:
Remove the top cover. See Opening the Top Cover on
page 2-2.
1. Remove screw(s) securing the iBBU bracket.

2. Remove the iBBU bracket.
3. Align the bracket and iBBU assembly.

4. Secure the bracket to the assembly with screw(s).
