Moves the exposure lamp across the original on
the exposure glass.

PCB Lamp Regulator
Converts the ac power input to a stable, high
frequency ac output to the exposure lamp. This
provides a more stable light source and better
latent image.
PCB CCD Board Controls operation of the exposure lamp.

Network Communication
Unit
Controls network communication
PCB Main Board Controls operation of the scanner unit.
PCB Network Interface Card
Installed on the back of the machine. Provides
connection point for the network cable. Built into
the J014. Provided as an option for the J012/J013
and requires installation.
Other
Other Operation Panel
Provides the keys for operation of the copier and
fax.
Other Exposure Lamp
Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp. Illuminates the
original for scanning. Converts the ac power input
to a stable, high frequency ac output to the
exposure lamp. This provides a more stable light
source and better latent image.
