Fax Setting Workflows
This section explains the preparations and procedures to send fax documents to a folder on a client
computer.
After following the procedures below, you can send fax documents from the machine to a shared folder
on a client computer.
Set the date and time.
Connect the machine to a telephone line.
Set the outside line access number.

Specify the reception mode.
Select the telephone line type and telephone
network connection type.
Register the fax number and fax name of the
machine.

Specify when using an extension line or a PBX.
