If B003 is enabled, the I1 status of master will transferred to the F1(Modbus address is 0x
1536)slave3(IP:192.168.0.103).
If B004 is enabled, the master will read the AI1 value(modbus address 4x 1024) of slave1 and save into
local AF1.
