5.3.6 NOR
Fashion: Classic: (Symbol in xLogic)
The output of a NOR (NOT OR) is only 1 if all inputs are 0 , i.e. when they are open. When one of the
inputs is switched on (logical 1 state), the output is switched off.
A block input that is not used (x) is assigned: x = 0.
