Synchronizing with an External MIDI
Device
Here’s how to synchronize the JUPITER-50’s tempo to an external
MIDI device.

1. In the SYSTEM SETUP screen (p. 75), press the [F5] (SYNC)
button.
2. Set the Sync Mode, Sync Output, and Clock Source.
For details on each parameter, refer to “SYNC ([F5] button)” (p. 77).
3. To save the settings, press the [WRITE] button.
The screen will ask “Are you sure?”
4. Press the [F5] (OK) button.
A message will indicate “Completed!” and the settings will be saved.
