2.3 Unpacking the machine
Take care not to bend any parts when positioning the lifting devices.
Only use tested lifting gear.
Minimum load capacity 1000 kg. Pay attention to the centre of gravity!
Secure loose parts to prevent falling.
Wear safety shoes!
All assembly and disassembly work must be carried out by three peo-
ple.
• Unpack machine tables and accessories.
• Unpack machine body and substructure (referred to as the
machine further on in this chapter).
• Check everything for completeness in accordance with the
delivery note.
For other ambient conditions of the machine, see 3.1 General informa-
tion.
1. Deposit pallet on a flat, stable surface.
2. Remove the dough reeler (1).
3. Remove the table support (2).
4. Remove wooden struts (3).
5. Unload pallet. See:
