5.3.1 User levels
The following user levels are pre-programmed at the factory. Each
higher user level inherits the access authorisations of the lower ones.
The access authorisations are not exhaustively listed below.

1 Operator ● Not password-protected
● Run programs
● Perform daily corrections
2 Foreman ● Password-protected (initially: 222; change at first logon)
● Create new programs and manage existing programs
● Create new users and manage existing users
● Display diagnostic information
● Set parameters for dough processing
● Set basic parameters for end function
3 Service ● Password-protected
● Set parameters for advanced dough processing
● Set parameters for end function
