5 Operation
5.1 General functional description
The dough sheeter is computer-controlled, equipped with a colour
touch screen and suitable for sheeting and laminating pieces of dough.
The important data for the operator is continuously shown on the touch
screen during the sheeting process.
Thanks to the process visualisation the entire operation and program-
ming is image-guided and therefore language-independent, making it
easily understandable for everyone.
A total of 999 programs can be stored.
5.2 Explanatory texts
