4 Putting into operation
4.1 Preparing for standby
The entire machine must be thoroughly cleaned prior to initial opera-
tion.
1. Lift the machine slightly using the guard tube (1).
2. Press the pedal (2) for the front transport roller with your foot.
3. Lower the machine gently to the ground, do not let it “fall”.
4. Pull out the dough catch pan (3) on both sides.
5. If necessary insert the flour catch pan on the infeed and outfeed
belt.
6. Turn the main switch (4) of the machine to position “I”.
7. Fold both safety guards (5) down.
8. On the touch screen (6):
• Select and load the desired program.
