11 Troubleshooting
The following tables describe possible problems and measures to remedy.
Contact your installer for any issues, which cannot be resolved with to the
following description. See page 2.
11.1 Wireless connection module
Problem Possible cause Remedy To be executed by
LED "Fuse" blinks red. The fuse has tripped. The
outputs are temporarily
deactivated for protection.
The wireless connection
module performs a test of
the channel outputs. This
process may take up to
5 minutes.
Wait until the LED "Fuse"
goes out or is permanently
lit red. If the LED is perma-
nently lit red, see fault
"LED Fuse lights up red".
Electrician
LED "Fuse" lights up red. At least one channel output
has an error pending. The
affected channels have
been deactivated and no
longer control the drives.
Observe NO/NC. The
LEDs of the affected chan-
nels flash doubly. The
unaffected channels con-
tinue to work.
Switch off the wireless
connection module. Check
the drive and wiring of the
terminals for short circuit.
Switch on the wireless
connection module again.
Electrician
LED CH blinks No radio signal between
wireless room thermostat
and wireless connection
module
Address wireless room
thermostat to wireless
connection module.
