MMC: 112 ALARM REMINDER
DESCRIPTION:
Allows the system administrator or technician to set or change the alarm
clock/appointment reminder feature for any station. This must be done for single
line telephones, as they cannot access programming. Two alarms may be set for
each station and each alarm may be defined as a one–time or TODAY alarm or
as a DAILY alarm. The TODAY alarm is automatically cancelled after it rings,
while the DAILY alarm rings every day at the same time.

SPK Used to store data and advance to next MMC

Press UP or DOWN to select station and
press RIGHT soft key
3. Dial 1–2 to select alarm (e.g., 1)

Press UP or DOWN to select alarm and
press RIGHT soft key
4. Enter alarm time in 24–hour clock format
(e.g., 1300 for 1pm)

5. Dial entry from above list for alarm type
(e.g. 2)
[205] ALM CLK(1)
HHMM:1300 è DAILY
OR
Press UP or DOWN to select alarm type and
press RIGHT soft key to move cursor and
return to step 2
6. Press TRSF to store and exit

Press SPK to store and advance to next
