It may take several minutes for the internal temperature to stabilize after the
power is turned on. “Warm Up” is displayed on the main screen during this
period. Normal operation can still be conducted while “Warm Up” is displayed.
(However, it will take longer for the temperature to stabilize if LD output is on.
There may be some deviation from the specication values while “Warm Up” is
displayed.)
