1 Warm Up It is displayed when the internal temperature is unstable
immediately after power on.

TempErr It is displayed when the internal temperature of LD is
outside the control range.

2 TempCtrl It is waiting that the temperature of LD is steady before
LD lights.

Over LD It is displayed when the set power value is greater than
the maximum power.

Low Pwr It is displayed when the set power value is low and out of
the control range of the attenuator.

It is displayed when closed-loop wavelength control is not
working properly.

inside of one time exceeds 65535 and the data of all
points is not recorded.
