7. GSM phone only INTEGRA 128-WRL
You can program the GSM communicator settings in the INTEGRA 128-WRL control panel:
using the keypad, in the service mode, by means of the functions available in the GSM
submenu (STRUCTURE HARDWARE GSM),
using the DLOADX program, in the Structurewindow, Hardwaretab, after clicking on
the GSM phone”.
7.1 GSM communicator parameters and options
Shown in the square brackets are the names, as used in the keypads.
GSM phone [Use GSM phone] when the option is enabled, the control panel supports the
GSM communicator. The option may be disabled if the GSM communicator is not to be
used (e.g. SIM card is not installed, etc.). Disabling the option will thus prevent any GSM
related troubles from being unnecessarily reported.
PIN [PIN code] PIN code of the SIM card.
If the PIN code of SIM card is inconsistent with that entered in the control panel
settings, the control panel will inform of it by means of a suitable message and an
audible signal in the LCD keypad. After 255 seconds the control panel will retry to use
the PIN code. If the PIN code is wrong, the control panel will signal it again. After the
third attempt to use a wrong PIN code, the card will be blocked. In such a case, the
PUK code will have to be entered.
PUK code the parameter available in the keypad only (STRUCTURE HARDWARE GSM
PUK CODE), when as a result of entering invalid PIN code the SIM card has been
blocked. After entering a correct PUK code, confirmed by pressing the key, the SIM card
will by unblocked, receiving a new PIN code.
Modem format transmission standard suitable for the modem with which the GSM module
communicates.
SMS center no. telephone number of the short message service center. It is required if the
control panel is to send / receive SMS messages. It is usually stored in the SIM card and
you don’t need to program it. If the number is not stored in the SIM card, enter the number
required by the SIM card operator.
GSM band selection of the frequency bands which are to be supported by the GSM phone.
The function is available for the electronics board version 2.1 or newer. If no band is
selected, the phone will support all bands.
GSM auto-restart after [Autorestart[h]] idle time of the GSM phone after which it is
restarted. To be defined in hours.
GPRS
GPRS APN access point name for Internet connection.
Username [User]user name for Internet connection.
Password [Passwd] password for Internet connection.
DNS server IP address of DNS server to be used by the control panel. If the address has
been saved by the operator to the SIM card memory, you do not have to program it.
Otherwise, it is recommended that you program the IP address of the DNS server. The IP
address is necessary for sending data via the cellular data network if the address of the
device the control panel is to connect to (computer with DLOADX or GUARDX program,
monitoring station) is entered as a name.
