PHONE BOOK SETUP
If you have connected a mobile telephone with the infotainment system, your mobile
phone book with telephone numbers and names (if available) is downloaded to the
infotainment system automatically.
Depending on how many numbers are in your phone book and the connected
telephone, this may take several minutes.
As long as the mobile telephone is connected with the unit, the telephone numbers
are stored continuously on the infotainment system.
If you save new phone book entries on your mobile telephone, you can transfer these
to the infotainment system via TELEPHONE SETTINGS menu.
Each phone book entry (contact) can include a first and last name and more than 5
telephone numbers in different categories "Office", "Private", "Other" and "Mobile".
The mobile phone book can contain some information that is not downloaded to the
infotainment system.
You can store up to 2500 contacts.
Update the phone book
• Press the SETUP button.
• Tap on the icon .
• Tap on Bluetooth.
• Tap on Update contact list.
 The data download from the connected mobile telephone begins.

Depending on how many numbers are in your phone book and the
connected mobile telephone, this may take several minutes.
Sort the phone book
• Press the SETUP button.
• Tap on the icon .
• Tap on Bluetooth.
• Tap on Phonebook sorting.
• Choose one type of sorting.
 The contact list is sorted.
