5.2 Valves: checking
– Visually inspect for scoring on valve stems and valve seat sur‐
faces.
– Renew valve if scoring is clearly visible.
5.3 Valve dimensions
Note
Inlet and exhaust valves must not be reworked. Only grinding-in
is permitted.
