Oval Mirror Adjustment
Fine [ Jig requirement :
Remove.
Criteria1: It is set as EX350nm, and direction of Mirror EL is finely tuned so that Ref
energy may become the maximum (180 or more).
Criteria2: Direction of a reflector glass is finely tuned with a driver so that Ref energy
may become the maximum.
5. EM #1 Adjustment
[ Jig requirement : PTFE Block Cell ASSY and
Target,
GREM
Criteria1:EM slit is removed and they are Target and GREM. EM mirror #2 are adjusted
to a center (good at rough adjustment).
Criteria2:EM slit is attached.A slit position is adjusted so that light may pass with
balance sufficient [ light ] to EM slit.
6. A position check of EM Grating
Criteria1:-100 are put into EM PLUS. At this time, the 0th light is abut EM exit slit.
Criteria2:300 is inputted into EM PULSE. At this time, the 0th light should be under EM
exit slit.
7. EM Grating Adjustment
[ Jig requirement : PTFE Block Cell ASSY
Criteria:1000 (about 700nm) is inputted into EM PULSE. It adjusts so that 700nm light
may carry out EM exit slit coincidence.

Mirror Hg Adjustment(XS only)
[ Jig requirement : PTFE Block Cell ASSY
Criteria1:E X and EM are set as the 0th light. Xe Input 0 into Hg TEST. Xe Input 2 into
Hg TEST and make Hg lamp turn on. 60000 is inputted into PMT TEST.
Criteria2:0 is inputted into LM PULSE. 29 is inputted into LM PULSE. Criteria3:T he
numerical value of -1 or +1 is inputted into LM PULSE, and the value to which
SMPL energy value becomes the largest is inputted into LM IMPUT.
