6.12.2 Automatic Adjustment Mode of Reflective Mirror (Motor) for Hg Lamps (V1.06)
From the ROM version V1.06 "Automatic mode (LM AUTO ADJ)" and "Semi-auto mode (LM
ADJ)" were added to Hg lamp reflective mirror (motor) adjustment.
The operation procedure in the automatic mode is as follows.
- Procedure
(1) Change a cell for a PTFE block cell.
(2) Push [ENTER] key on the [LM AUTO ADJ] screen of FACTORY group.
(3) If operation is completed (after about 3 minutes), it will check that a result is
O.K.screen.(The number of pulses of a lamp mirror position [LM IMPUT] is automatic,
and is memorized)
(4) Remove a PTFE block cell and attach a flow cell. .. End
*2 When it is not 20AXS mode : "NOT 20AXS MODE" is displayed.
"PRODUCT TYPE" is set to 2 (20AXS).
