7 Wavelength Calibration "FACTORY"
7.1 Outline
 Automatic check function for wavelength calibration and wavelength accuracy
 Wavelength calibration operation procedure
 Use "FACTORY" - "
WAVE ADJ
" to display the measurement values (i.e. variance) of automatic
wavelength calibration and the wavelength after calibration.
 With "CALIBRATION" - "WAVE CALIB", "CHECK GOOD" is displayed if the automatic
wavelength calibration and wavelength accuracy satisfy the criteria (±2.0 nm), and one of
"CHECK NO GOOD1/2/3" is displayed depending on the cause if these exceed the criteria.
