(2) Turn the instrument OFF.
(3) Attach the emission monochromator assembly, and fasten in place with three hexagon socket
head bolts M512 and one SEMS P3M48 screw. Next, connect the cables.
(4) Turn the instrument ON with the [Back] key held down.
(5) Attach the PTFE block cell ASSY(P/N228-52024-92) at the cell position.
(6) Please input "211" into "EX PULSE" continuously after inputting "0" into "EX PULSE."
(A zero order light is made to irradiate PTFE block cell.)
(7) Enter "0" at "EM PULSE" and then enter "-100".
(8) Attach the target, GR_EM (P/N228-52368-91) to the EM grating.
