(9) Remove the EM slit if it is attached.
(10) Adjust emission mirror 2 in direction (1) while observing the light flux projected on the target
so that the marked lines of the target are aligned with the center of the light flux. (Rough-
adjustment is OK.)
(11) Adjust emission mirror 2 in direction (2) in the same way by tightening and loosening the two
screws in the figure below.
