ERR PELTIER TEMP (Peltier
temperature error) *RF-20AXS only
This is displayed when the Peltier cooling fan stops. Turn
the power OFF and then restart the instrument. Set the
temperature again at "CELL TEMP" in the parameter setup
group.
ERR FAN STOP (rear fan stop error)
This is displayed when the cooling fan for the Xenon lamp
power supply stops. The flow cell temperature setting is
turned OFF and the temperature adjustment function stops.
The Xenon lamp goes out.
Make sure that the cooling fan is operating.
Ensure sufficient space for ventilation if the ventilation vents
on the rear and side are blocked. Also, replace the filters if
the filters inside the front cover and right side are clogged.
When this error occurs, set "CELL TEMP" and "LAMP" in the
parameter setup group. Set the temperature at "CELL
TEMP". "LAMP" turns "0" (OFF) when an error occurs. So, it
must be set to "1" (ON) to light the Xenon lamp.
This is displayed when an error occurs on the system
controller side. (This error message is sent from the system
controller.)
11.3 WARNING Messages
This is displayed when "LOCAL" in the system setup group
is set to "1" (Local) during connection to the system
controller. Set the "LOCAL" setting "0" (Remote).
DATA NOT EXIST (warning at spectrum
output)
This is displayed when there is no data for file No. "0" or a
file No. not saved with scan data is specified when scan
data is output by executing "SPC PLOT". Check the settings
at spectrum scanning.
NO PEAKS (peak detection error)
This is displayed when the peak of the Raman spectrum
cannot be detected when "S/N CHECK" is executed to
measure the Raman spectrum of water.
ERR FILE TYPE (file type error)
This is displayed when the spectrum type or wavelength
range of the scan data to be output differs from the data of
file No. "0" when "SPC PLOT" is executed to output the scan
data. Scan again so that the spectrum type or wavelength
range of the scan data to be output matches the data of file
No. "0", and retry "SPC PLOT".
LAMP NOT LIT (warning when lamp is
not lit)
This is displayed when the [Zero] or [Mark] key is pressed
while the Xenon lamp is out.
Set "LAMP" in the parameter setup group to "1" (ON).
SENSOR NO GOOD (leak sensor
check warning)
This is displayed when "LEAK SENSOR TEST" is executed
and a leak could not be detected. Calibrate the leak sensor
and change the actuation level (threshold value).
SELECT Xe SINGLE (wavelength mode
warning)
This is displayed when " CHECK" is executed when the
measurement mode is not the 1-wavelength mode while the
Xenon lamp is lit. Set "WAVE MODE" in the parameter setup
group to "1" (1-wavelength).
LOW SET TEMP (flow cell temperature
control error) *RF-20AXS only
This is displayed when the room temperature is 10 °C higher
than the flow cell preset temperature. Set the temperature of
the flow cell to within -10 °C of the room temperature.
This is displayed when an operation key is pressed when
key input is prohibited (closed). To cancel a key close press
the [CE] key with the [del] key held down.
