Removing the Base ASSY has been completed successfully.
16.3 Re-Assembling Base ASSY
Replace the Base ASSY, XS with the new one. Then return parts to their original positions by
following the above procedures in reverse order.
16.4 Adjustment of Emission Monochromator Optical Axis
The adjustment of the optical axis at the EM side is necessary, since it may be out of position when
the Base ASSY is replaced,
16.5 Wavelength Calibration
Perform wavelength calibration.
