(2) Tighten and loosen the two screws in the figure below with a spanner, adjust the tilt of the
grating, and align the height of the 0-order light flux with the slit opening on the EM outlet
side.
(3) Move the emission-side grating 1000 pulses away from the 0-order light to make red light
(700 nm) incident to the slit opening on the EM outlet side.
(4) Loosen the set screw in the figure below, and adjust the grating in the ruling direction so that
the height of the red light flux is aligned with the slit opening.
(5) Return the grating to its original 0-order light position, and check the light flux position again.
If the light flux is out of position, repeat the adjustment.
(6) When the procedure to a step (5) is completed, please attach a control panel, a cover, etc.
as before.
