When heat output is relatively low and the outside temperature is low, the Reduced
setpoint can be raised. The increase is dependent on the composite outside
temperature.
The lower the composite outside temperature, the more the Reduced setpoint is raised.
Start and end of the increase are adjustable. Between these 2 points, the Reduced
setpoint is increased in a linear manner up to the Comfort setpoint.
