Basics of static supervision
Function:
Water pressure supervision overrides boiler control.
When the water pressure exceeds or drops below certain thresholds, the LMS14...
responds as follows:
Shutdown (water pressure Hx maximum),
Reduction of output (water pressure Hx minimum), or
Shutdown of boiler and pump (water pressure Hx critical min)
Note!
With manual control, the pump cannot be deactivated, due to fixed control of the
actuators.
For this reason, manual control is ended in this case.
If the water pressure is too high or too low, either start prevention or lockout is
triggered, depending on the parameter settings (Static press superv sh’down).
When the water pressure returns to its normal range, the boiler is released again with
no delay.
