6.15.7 Frost protection for the collector

3840 Collector frost protection
When there is risk of frost at the collector, the collector pump is activated to prevent the
heat-carrying medium from freezing.
If the collector temperature falls below the frost protection temperature, the
collector pump is activated: Collector temperature < frost protection collector
temperature
When the collector temperature returns to a level of 1 K above the frost protection
temperature, the collector pump is deactivated again: Collector temperature > frost
protection collector temperature + 1
Note!
No consideration is given to the temperature in the storage tank. In normal situations,
the storage tank is discharged while the collector assumes a higher temperature.
