Upper speed threshold value up to which Pt1 filter time constant Pt1 time const 1 drop
[3694.1] acts when the speed setpoint changes from a higher to a lower level. If the
speed drops below this threshold value, filter time constant Pt1 time const 2 drop
[3695.1] starts acting.
