Distances between KP32F and KP8 or KP8F
The following figure shows the required distances for flush-mounting of KP32F and KP8 or
KP8F.

Mounting Depth
The mounting depth for the HMI device depends on the type of construction of the
PROFINET connector. With angled PROFINET connector, order number 6GK1901-1BB20-
2AB0, the mounting depth is 65 mm.
Plan for an adequate bending radius for the cables connected to the HMI device.
Clearance
Observe the maximum permitted ambient temperature particularly when flush-mounting
multiple HMI devices. Make sure that there is sufficient heat dissipation during operation.
