Indicates that one of the machine gauging operations has
found an adjustment that exceeds tolerance.
Possible causes:
• The gauging templates are not properly positioned;
repeat the operation more carefully.
• A limit switch sensor is not working properly; carry out
the sensor test for the axis out of tolerance.
• A machine zero photocell is not working properly; carry
out the photocell test for the axis out of tolerance.
• One of the carriages has excessive play on it.
• The motor for the axis out of tolerance is not working
properly; carry out the MOTOR test.
Indicates that one or more incompatible POST-READING
adjustments have been made. See chapter 5.15 of this
manual.
The message indicates that the key installed cannot be
decoded.
Possible causes:
• The key is bigger than the one on the selected card.
• The key is not properly positioned in the reading clamp.
• The card selected for decoding does not correspond to
the key used.
The message indicates that the adapter fitted to the
optic reader or cutting clamp is not properly
positioned.
Possible causes:
• The adapter is not properly positioned all the way in, as
described in the instructions booket.
This message indicates that the height detected by
electrical contact is greater than the setting (see Options /
Bit height, cap. 6.2.8 a pag. 109)
This message relates to the cutting of keys with rear stop
and warns that a STOP number (1, 2, 3) has been set that
is not compatible with the length of the key read by the
optic reader.
Solution:
• select the right STOP.
