3. At the Report Target Selection Window, highlight a destination for the
report and press OK.
4. If you select a file as the destination and a file with that name already exists
the File Mode Dialog Window (Figure 3-43) is displayed.

5. At the File Mode Dialog Window, decide whether you want to cancel the
selection, append the new report to the old report, or delete the old report.
After you have decided, press the appropriate selection. After you make the
selection, that action is taken.
The terminate function allows you to cancel the highlighted report. This applies
to pending or printing reports. To cancel a report, highlight it and press
Terminate. After you press Terminate, the report is canceled.
The View function allows you to view reports that have been written to a file. To
view a report that has been written to a file do the following:
1. At the Report Status And Control Window (Figure 3-39), press View.
2. After you press View, the View Report Dialog Window
(Figure 3-44) is displayed.
