from enabled ON to enabled OFF.
Internal temperature of IGBT module
This drive has a perfect over temperature protection mechanism. Because of the temperature detection position, the temperature may
be 100 degrees or higher, which is normal.
Total elapsed time of the system
Display the elapsed running time in enabled ON state (to prevent EEPROM damage, this parameter is saved every 10 minutes)
When the motor is in a braking state, the load rate of the current braking resistance is displayed.
Current motor electrical angle
Show the current angle of the motor rotor.
Electrical angle = motor mechanical angle * motor pole count
Incremental encoder sector number
Display the current sector code of the incremental encoder. 0 or 7 indicates that the encoder is out of order
If the motor is used with a 2500ppr incremental encoder, the sector number means the UVW combination of the encoder feedback, and
generally when rotating counterclockwise, it jumps according to 1- > 5- > 4- > 6- > 2- > 3-.
Revolutions number of absolute encoder
Display the multi-circle value of absolute encoder, - sign means the opposite direction(the actual motor direction defined by P0-01)
Serial encoder current turn position value
Display the current single-circle position value of the serial encoder feedback.
The total number of external pulses gathered
In position mode, the total number of pulses sent to the servo drive by the host computer, useful only in the position control mode.
1: this value has not been processed by the frequency doubling of the electronic gear, which is the actual number of external pulses
received.
2: this value may be greater than five bits. Please use the shift key to view high data.
3: continuous positive direction pulse, this value is positive increase, when the direction of the command changes to reverse, the
value continues to decrease, after zero, negative increase.
4: if the received pulse exceeds the range above, it will start counting again from the maximum value in the opposite direction.
5: the value of this parameter starts when the servo drive is powered on, and automatically reset when the drive is powered down.
Servo motor current position (command pulse unit)
The total pulse number of the servo motor based on the command pulse is shown, valid in any mode.
1: this value is the encoder feedback pulse, it obtains the corresponding command pulse number after the electronic gear ratio
reverse processing.
2: this value may be greater than five bits. Please use the shift key to view high data.
3: the motor continues to rotate in a positive direction, this value is increasing, and when the rotation direction of the motor becomes
reverse, the value will continue to decrease, and it will increase negatively after zero.
4: if the number of feedback pulses is greater than the range above, the count starts at the opposite direction.
