bit0=1: turn on the torque limit function when the main circuit voltage drops. When the bus voltage is detected to be less than 80%
of the rated value, the motor output torque will be limited to the value set by P8-22. This function is combined with the
instantaneous power outage function to continue operation when the supply voltage is low, so as to avoid shutdown due to an alarm.
