Absolute encoder use method selection
Parameter function: select the use of absolute encoder
P8-06=0: used as an incremental encoder
P8-06=1: used as an absolute encoder
Parameter function: controls the operation of the cooling fan of the drive
P8-07=0: servo enable ON and alarm / alarm
P8-07=1: after the power on
Drive overload warning threshold
Parameter function: sets the warning threshold for drive overload, based on the rated output current of the drive.
The drive has an overload protection function that generates an overload curve as per 100% of the rated current of the drive, but
in this case, it goes directly to the alarm. This parameter sets the threshold of the drive overload warning. Once the drive overload is
detected greater than this setting, the drive overload warning AlE04 is issued, but it does not stop running.
Motor overload warning threshold
Parameter function: set the warning threshold of servo motor overload, the reference is the rated current of servo motor.
The drive has a motor overload protection function that generates an overload curve based on 100% of the rated load of the
servo motor, but in this case, it goes directly to the alarm state. This parameter can set the motor overload warning threshold, once
detected that the motor overload is greater than the set value, that is, the motor overload warning AlE03, but will not stop running.
Braking resistor resistance setting
Parameter function: set the resistance value of brake resistor. Do not modify when using internal brake resistor.
Braking resistor power setting
Parameter function: set the power of braking resistor, do not modify when using internal brake resistor.
Parameter function: when braking, the duty ratio of the brake IGBT
When the P8-12 is set to 100, the brake duty ratio is 100%, that is, during the braking process, the brake IGBT is fully opened;
When the P8-12 is set to 0, the brake duty ratio is 0%, that is, during the braking process, the brake IGBT is completely closed
(without the use of braking resistors).
Braking resistor derating percentage
Parameter function: set the derating of brake resistance. Do not modify when using internal brake resistor.
The minimum load of motor stall judgment
Parameter function: set the minimum output torque to judge if the motor rotor is blocked.
When the motor is blocked due to mechanical reasons, as the motor speed does not reach at the command value, the motor will
continue to output according to the P1-06 and P1-07 settings. But because the motor does not rotate, the drive and motor will cause
a sudden heat and damage.
The drive has motor blocking protection to cope with the obstruction.
