Antifreeze:
If the air temperature is below 0℃ (32℉), add antifreeze and soft water to the cooling system. In general,
the ratio of ethylene glycol should be between 30% and 50%.
If the ratio is less than 30%, the cooling system will be rusted; if the ratio is more than 60%, the engine
will be overheated. Use 50% water and 50% glycol antifreeze, the engine can operate at the -37℃
perennially.
Check coolant level…every day
Never loosen the radiator cover when system
doesn’t cool down completely. Before
removing the radiator cover, radiator inner
pressure should be released first. After that,
screw off the cover slowly. (Radiator cover
locates in the plastic round cap at the back
of right control box.)
Open rear cover of the machine to check
coolant level in the auxiliary expansion box,
Only maintain in the first inspection.
When the machine is delivered, coolant with 30% ethylene glycol has been
filled in the cooling system.
Operate the machine at dusty areas, maintenance interval should be
shortened.
The initial inspection and adjustment of fan belt tension for a new machine
is 50 hours, after that is 100 hours.

Never start engine when the hydraulic oil tank is empty.
Ethylene glycol is poisonous, if ingested,
will cause serious injury or death. In case of
drinking it by accident, you should lead
vomiting and go to hospital at once.
Ensure storing the Ethylene glycol with
container, which has been sealed with cover or
has obvious mark, the Ethylene glycol should
be stored at the place that children can’t get.
If the Ethylene glycol splashes into eyes by
accident, wash eyes 10 to 15 minutes with
water, and then go to hospital at once.
Obey all the regulations when storing or
throwing away antifreeze.
