 First, break black cathode (-) wire ② away from framework.
 Disconnect the other end of black cathode (-) wire ②
from auxiliary battery.
 Disconnect red anode (+) wire ① from auxiliary battery.
 Disconnect red anode (+) wire ① from machine battery.
4.4 TRAVEL CONTROL
3.4.1 Travel with Foot Pedal
1) Straight travel: Step on two pedals forward at the same time.
(pedal 1 and 2 in FIG. 3-8)
2) Straight reversing: Step on two pedals backward at the same
time. (pedal 3 and 4 in FIG. 3-8)
3) Turning in one point
 Turn left (FIG.3-9): Step on right pedal forward and left
pedal backwards.

3-10): Step on
right pedal
backward and left
pedal forward.
4) Make a turn with one-side crawler (FIG.3-11)
 Left Turning: Step on right pedal forward. (as 2 in FIG. 3-8)
 Right Turning: Step on left pedal forward. (as 1 in FIG. 3-8)
Warning:
In order to protect travel mechanism, turning should
be avoided while backing.
